Support Alaskan Communities Affected by Typhoon Halong
Destructive wind (40-60mph) and significant coastal flooding (6 foot storm surge) from Typhoon Halong swept up across Alaska’s west coast.
We are conducting an ADVON deployment to provide damage and needs assessments, logistics coordination, local partner coordination and volunteer response management in affected areas. Our team will work in partnership with local authorities and non-governmental organizations and in coordination with State and Tribal authorities.
